The agriturismo
3 km from the medieval town of Capalbio, and 7 km from the beaches of the Costa d’Argento, the farm is an excellent point of departure for discovering the tastes and hidden treasures of Maremma.
A hectare of lush green garden set in vineyards and olive groves stretch out below the accommodation. The guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool, wellness centre and sauna, as well as large indoor and outdoor communal spaces.
The farm produces Brumenica extra-virgin olive oil.
The accommodation
In terms of accommodation, the centre has 7 deluxe rooms, 4 suites and 4 apartments.
The bedrooms, each of which bears the name of a local grape variety, have exposed beams and posts and fine furnishings in classic Tuscan style. Two have a large terrace with views over the town of Capalbio and three have a private patio.
The suites have exposed beams and a private veranda, are all elegantly furnished and pay homage to Marilyn, Totò, Audrey Hepburn and the Ladies of the 19th century.
The 4 two-room apartments are in a corner position with a private veranda.
The farm also has a large open-air swimming pool with facilities, and a wellness centre with a fitness room and sauna. Buffet breakfasts with fresh products prepared daily.
