Electricity consumption: is mandatory for all apartments at cent 55/kw.

Payment: The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival. The amount of the stay is due in full, according to the reservation made, even in case of late arrival or early departure.
Mandatory deposit on arrival €150.00 (refundable at the end of the stay, less any damage charges).
Cancellation conditions:
- cancellation communicated more than 60 days from the date of arrival: the deposit is returned and €50.00 is retained for management fees
- cancellation communicated in the 60 days prior to the date of arrival: the deposit is fully retained and the total balance must be paid.
