The agriturismo
The farmhouse is located in the green Tuscan Maremma, at the foot of the Etruscan villages of Buriano and Vetulonia, 6 km from the sea of Marina di Grosseto and 10 km from Castiglione della Pescaia.
Theexcellent climate due to the proximity of the sea and the hills make for a pleasant and relaxing stay at any time of the year.

The accommodation
The advantage of this farmhouse is that it has only 5 apartments with plenty of space to maintain distance and safety even outside.
Each apartment has its own access not to be shared with others.
The rooms are comfortable with French doors in all rooms, all bathrooms have windows; the 3-room apartments have 2 large bathrooms.
The garden is also very large with its own space not to be shared with others.
Children's games are spaced out and safe, the park is very large with many olive trees, free-roaming rabbits a dwarf mute "Vita" and three chickens.
The apartments are sanitized with each change of guest. All necessary precautions are taken so that farm vacations are peaceful and safe for all guests.
The property offers accommodation in apartments with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, wrought-iron beds, and a large communal indoor area equipped with a warm fireplace. The dwellings all have independent entrances, a large communal garden equipped with various games, for the little ones.
The apartments have independent heating and are finely furnished with handcrafted furniture made especially for the rustic setting. The kitchens , in addition to the normal stoves, are equipped with a freezer and oven.
The accommodations also overlook a porch and garden with independent furniture and barbecue.
A weekly set of linens and, for the apartments, dishes are provided.
