The agriturismo
The farmhouse La Collina degli Olivi is situated in the heart of Tuscan Maremma, near the ancient Etruscan city of Roselle in the province of Grosseto. Surrounded by rich, true nature and immersed in the peace and silence of the Maremma countryside, to guarantee the maximum level of comfort.
The accommodation
Due to its favourable position the structure is very appreciated for families or larger groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together but keep their privacy which is guaranteed by the 5 double rooms that are completely independent. Each of the rooms has an exit directly to the garden. At the center there is the kitchen which is adapt for up to 12 people in case that the weather does not allow to stay outside. Guests may use the swimming pool, surrounded by a breathtaking panorama, and landscaped grounds furnished with reclining chairs perfect for sunbathing; a gazebo ideal for nightly dining or get-togethers, a barbeque pit, covered parking spaces and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and an ironing board. The guests can rent only a part of the house.
Il Coniglio (The Rabbit): apartment with two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, air-conditioning and heating.
Il Gallo (The Rooster) and La Mucca (The Cow): bedrooms equipped with color TV and satellite decoder, fridge and mini-bar, furnished in Tuscan rustic style. The small dining room with a separate cooking corner also has a microwave oven and is the perfect place for a meal among friends. The bedrooms and the dining area have an independent access overlooking the courtyard and the gardens. It is ideal for two couples of friends or for a family.
La Pecora, (The Sheep), L'Oca (The Goose) and Il Cavallo (The Horse): ample master bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, hairdryer, desk, color TV with satellite decoder, fridge/mini-bar, toaster oven, American coffeemaker, air-conditioning and heating. The rooms are furnished in Tuscan rustic style with particular attention to color selection to create a luminous and welcoming atmosphere.
The communal hall is for use by guests of the Pecora,Oca, and Cavallo and is equipped with a kitchen and table for twelve, refrigerator, heating and air-conditioning.
