The agriturismo
The organic farmhouse La Muccaia is located on the slopes of the hill of Massa Marittima, a Tuscan town,, full of history and attractions, within the National Park of the Grosseto metalliferous hills" and only 15 km from the sea.
The farm is 10 hectares, with buildings dedicated to agritourism, 500 olive trees, 1.3 ha of vineyard and many fruit trees , all BIO .
The farmhouse offers all the comforts in spacious apartments with large outdoor spaces from which to enjoy the view of the enchanting surrounding landscape. Ideal for a relaxing vacation for the whole family and with friends, to relive the closeness to nature.
The accommodation
The farmhouse offers hospitality in six apartments located on the ground or first floor and in an independent cottage.
The apartments in typical Tuscan style are perfect for a peaceful family stay, and all have private access, kitchenettes and comfortable outdoor spaces.
Activities and surrounding
Exploring the picturesque places of Tuscany or taking part in organic farming activities or simply relaxing in the midst of nature, there is something for everyone.
The goal is to offer a memorable experience immersed in the tranquility of the olive grove and orchard, just 15 km from the sea.
Bike tours among wonderful Tuscan views, or relax a day at the spa, or visit historic places like Roselle or Populonia and relax on the beach visiting places like the Gulf of Baratti and lively Follonica. The entire Maremma Nature Park is worth discovering with its protected beaches.
Alternatively, if you don't want to go miles, you can go to discover the beautiful Massa Marittima just 3 km away, or go through themining museum in Gavorrano where you can delve into the mining caves.
