I read with bitterness these words, which amaze me even considering the hugs and smiles with which we greeted each other!

Imagine that I attributed your choice to stay in the room for many hours, instead of enjoying the beaches of Argentario, the Terme di Saturnia and all the villages that surround us, just to the comfort of the beds and accommodation, so in many of our guests compliment!

Defines inadequate breakfasts and dinners: why? I ask this without controversy, but as a starting point for improvement.

For breakfast (3 euros per person) were served hot croissants and homemade tart, jam of our production and a hot drink (cappuccino, coffee, tea ...). For dinner (18 euros per person, 10 euros for the child) we serve first quality products, grown by us or otherwise local and certified: potatoes, zucchini, eggplants, pestos, pheasant, wild boar, chicken, veal ... even the pasta is Tuscan and organic and the sauces change every day!
The only exception is his baby, who has always been served white pasta at the request of his partner. Normally we provide less elaborate condiments, but still various and genuine for children: tomato sauce, pesto, meat sauce ... certainly, however, we do not serve our young guests frozen chips or cutlet every day.

I assure you that the cost of such a meal is low and that we can afford to keep these rates only because we are a family business and we have a great passion for our work: fortunately most of our customers recognize it, write it and come back to us!
In fact, to tell you the truth, they usually appreciate our vegetables so much, that before leaving they buy some (or we give them to them).

Another point for reflection (thank you, we will take it into account) are the cured meats: in fact there are no appetizers, as our estimate, the dinner includes a first course, a second course with side dish, service and covered, water in pitcher and coffee. If the cold cuts had been fundamental, however, why didn't you mention the several times that we felt before finalizing the reservation?

Finally, I can only express my regret at her disappointment: I hope that we will be able to change her mind and I wonder, at the same time, if her expectations have not been a bit 'off target for what normally offers a structure of this type and a holiday on a farm.
