Extra guest: Children up to 5 years old are free, from 5 years old and up an additional € 10.00 per child.
To the cost of the entire stay must be added € 30.00 for final cleaning, and those who bring a 4-legged friend additional € 25 per friend.
Heating if necessary, is always charged according to consumption.
Prices include consumption of water, electricity, gas and use of bed and bath linens.
A deposit of 30% of the amount is required upon confirmation of availability.
Tourist tax
The City of Grosseto has instituted a tourist tax in the amount of €1.00 per person per overnight stay up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. If during the calendar year the tourist returns for more than 7 days, he/she will not have to pay any tourist tax as it was previously paid in the previous stay.
