The accommodation

Spread over two floors, the newly built accommodation structure comprises one apartment and 4 large double bedrooms with their own terraces and the option to add an extra bed: two on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, and two on the first floor. Features include parquet flooring, air conditioning, TVs, safes and private bathrooms.

The apartment, with independent access via the garden, comprises a dishwasher, fridge, TV, double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, veranda and garden.

 

Facilities include: car park with automatic gate; free bikes for cycling to the sea along the narrow roads of Pian di Rocca and Rocchette; a large communal kitchen at the centre of the complex, where a buffet breakfast of sweet treats, jams and home grown fruit is served; outdoor space with gazebos for dining outdoors.

Nearby you’ll find popular spa centres (Terme di Sassetta) and sports facilities (Pelagone golf club, La Bandita riding centre).Around 1 km away, on Rocchette beach, you can enjoy water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, SUP and kitesurfing.Also worth a visit are the ancient hamlets of Pitigliano and Massa Marittima, and the historic centre of Castiglione della Pescaia, with its famous castle.
