Rates are per apartment, include VAT, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hair dryer, bathroom linen (per person 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bidet, plus one bath rail per apartment) and bed linen. The apartments are offered on a self-catering basis, and linen is changed weekly.
The mandatory final cleaning per apartment and per stay to be paid on site is euro 60.00, in addition to the expected balance. On departure the apartments must be left with the kitchen and its furnishings clean and the garbage collected and removed. Where this is not done, Management will charge 100.00 euro for extraordinary cleaning.
Tourist tax to be paid locally.
Pets are not accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00 and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00. In case of arrival or departure outside these times, please notify the property in advance to arrange key delivery.
