Agriturismo Pereti is located in a priceless dream land surrounded by hills, forests and valleys of the Tuscan Maremma.

Guests can relax in the saltwater pool and visit the pristine natural beaches nearby.

The farm is also anolive farm, producing 100 percent organic olive oil through the use of natural organic fertilizers.

- The Casa delle Streghe is the smallest structure on the property (2×3 meters). A shared bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is located about 100 meters away. An optional compost toilet is located nearby. Guests love the warm feeling inside this unique property, which is shaded all day long under beautiful mature pine trees.

- The Carovana Gipsy has' been renovated inside out with two layers of pine wood and insulation. There is a large king-size platform bed, an extra folding bed, and a large table with chairs and shelves for extra comfort. Heating is provided by a small but efficient cast-iron wood sto ve, or an electric stove. The cost of wood is included in the price. A fan is provided for cooling during the hot summer months. A nearby communal bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. Guests particularly appreciate a warm cozy atmosphere within this special wooden structure and the setting away from the main building that offers stunning views of the medieval village of Roccatederighi.

- Tepee is located away from the main building so as to offer complete privacy. There is a wooden floor and two single beds. It is located on a gently sloping hillside amidst olive trees. The views of the lake and valley are stunning. A communal bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower is about 200 meters away. In addition, a simple compost toilet is available next to the facility. Guests love the simplicity of this tent and its setting that offers beautiful sunsets.

- The Yurta Stella is completely surrounded by nature hidden under the oak trees. It is 6 meters in diameter and because of its two-meter high walls, it offers plenty of room for walking. It is furnished with four single beds, wood stove and furniture. A communal bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is about 50 meters away. In addition, the cold water faucet, shower and a compost toilet are adjacent to the facility. Guests love the private environment of the yurt in the midst of unspoiled nature without any human disturbance except for the sounds of local wildlife including foxes, wild boar, and deer.

- Yurta Luna is the farm's latest glamping facility. This unusual accommodation has a diameter of 5 metres and is very cosy. Yurta Luna is ideal for a romantic getaway, or a great idea for a dream gift. This yurt has a private bathroom just outside (water tap, hot water shower, composting toilet), while two other communal bathrooms are also available. The Luna yurt is separate from the other structures and buildings on the Pereti farm to ensure your complete privacy and quiet nights of sleep. The yurt is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a central light, two bed lights and an automatic outside light.

- Om House is a small stone building/bungalow located right next to the pool. The bedroom has a king-size bed made of pine wood. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and shower. This very comfortable apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guests particularly appreciate the fact that they do not have to walk anywhere to take a dip in the pool. An optional summer kitchenette is only 15 meters away.

- Appartamento La Diga is furnished in traditional style and offers a wonderful view of the lake and valley overlooking olive groves and forests. It has a separate entrance and shaded sun terrace where you can relax comfortably and undisturbed. The bedroom has a vintage double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. The stylish new bamboo/larch kitchenette is just around the corner.

- Appartamento La Rocca is a part of the main building and is the nicest apartment on the property. It faces north, so it is never too hot. La Rocca has a private entrance with an outdoor table and chairs, and is located next to the new, stylish outdoor kitchenette . The bedroom has a double bed. A large bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower.

Guests appreciate the quiet and privacy of this apartment and the fact that the kitchenette is very close by.

The large saltwater pool (15 x 7 meters) is a perfect place to relax. It is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, shower and toilet.

All guests enjoy free parking within the property, free Wifi in all common areas (including the pool), free safe service, and laundry service, using organic products.

Breakfast includes organic cereals and porridge, organic yogurt, homemade organic preserves, homemade organic bread, omelets, local cheeses, milk and organic milk alternatives.

There are two well-equipped kitchenettes available to guests. They can be reserved for the duration of the stay. Please make reservations in advance.

Pereti Dome is a central facility on the farm, serving various purposes, such as seminars on organic farming and sustainability to yoga, meditation and therapy work, retreats and other events, including private ones. It is equipped with air conditioning, wooden parquet floors and beautiful views of the valley and lake.

The farm works with several wonderful therapists who come to Pereti to offer massage service to guests.

Horseback riding lessons and tours available at a nearby farm. Courses for adults and children year-round.

It is possible to participate in olive harvesting, done mainly by hand or with small special rakes. Harvest dates range from mid-October to mid-November.

The Maremma is a mountain bike paradise with many scenic trails and historic sites such as deserted medieval castles, historic villages, and rolling hills covered in vineyards and olive groves. Guests can explore hundreds of miles of nature trails with local guides.

The Petriolo Hot Springs are the hottest thermal waters in Italy. They are located right next to a river. Petriolo Hot Springs are also rare and unique because they were the only hot springs in Italy fortified with medieval walls, the remains of which are preserved.

Within a few minutes' drive, you can enjoy typical restaurants that offer special discounts to guests of the agriturismo. Advance reservation is required.

Possibility of visits to:

- Castiglione is one of Tuscany's most interesting historic coastal villages nestled between the blue sea and unspoiled green hills. It is renowned for its natural beaches, large pine forests and Uccellina Park.

- Cala Violina is the most famous beach in the Tuscan Maremma. The waters are crystal clear, and the view sweeps from the green of the forest to the endless blue of the sea. About 30 minutes by car from the farmhouse.

- The medieval village of Roccatederighi is only a 5-minute drive away. Its historic center is situated on a rocky hill and boasts truly breathtaking views of the valleys below with the sea in the distance. Here you can find multiple restaurants, historic buildings and essential services.

- The beautiful Abbey of San Galgano was a Cistercian monastery founded around 1220. The roofless Gothic-style walls still stand today and so does the nearby Rotunda of Montesiepi. Guided tours are available.

- TheAbbey of Sant'Antimo is one of the finest Roman-style architectural jewels still standing today, surrounded by beautiful nature. Guided tours are available.

- The great 10th-century ruins of Montemassi Castle are a few minutes' drive away, but can also be reached on foot. The castle is located at the top of the village and offers breathtaking views of the Maremma.
