Arrivals-Check in: 12:00 - 14:00 or 19:00 - 21:00
Departures-Check out: within 9:30-10:00 am
Possibility of Late check out (to keep the room until 18:00), only if available, at a cost of 20.00 euros.
Payment:
At the time of booking you must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the overnight stay. (The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation). The remaining 70% is to be paid on arrival possibly in cash.
Deposit:
For stays of one week is required to pay 150 Euro as a deposit, which will be returned at Check-out after checking the apartment.
Tourist tax:
From March 2019 will be required to our customers the tourist tax, amounting to 1 euro per person per day for the first 4 nights.
For stays of two-three weeks, on request, every Saturday morning there is the possibility of a change of linen (cost 8 € per person) and cleaning of the apartment (cost 10.00 euro per hour).
We accept animals, up to 3 (a pet has no cost, the second animal has an additional cost of 5.00 euros per day for short stays, 10.00 euros for weekly stays, so for each animal as a supplement cleaning). Animals are not allowed to enter the common areas unless accompanied by their owner, nor to be left unattended, even if outdoors.

On request it is possible to book midweek cleaning (10.00 euros per hour)

change (5.00 euros per person only sheets, 8.00 euros sheets towels)
Conventions with Restaurants
In Pitigliano there are restaurants and other activities affiliated with the structure, at the beginning of your stay will be given to guests the necessary information.
