Booking conditions: 50% deposit required to confirm the booking. Balance on day of arrival. Payment by bank transfer or money order. In the description, state the date of arrival and the surname of the person who made the booking only. Bank transfers or money orders that do not have this information will not be considered.

Extra bed: in double rooms from €15 to €20.
Double single use: from €40 to €60
Linen: linen will be changed in the apartments once a week and in the rooms every three days, if necessary.
Discounts and reductions: discounts will be agreed upon by telephone for weekly stays or for groups over 10 people in low season.
Pets: accepted with additional cleaning charge of €10 for the first night and €5 for subsequent nights.
Cancellation: for cancellations with fewer than 15 days’ notice, the deposit is not refunded, but can be used at a later date by 31/12 of the current year for at least 2 nights, although not on public holidays or long weekends around them.
Early departure: in the event of early departure, 50% of the booked nights must be paid. If the early departure is around a public holiday, the total amount for the stay is payable.
