The farm house is located in the center of a wide plain, close to the Marina di Grosseto beaches. Susanna and Vanni will welcome you in this farm house that since the Eighteen Hundreds dominates the enchanting and uncontaminated maremma country side, rich of smells and color, while a light breeze brings the smell of the ocean which is only 7 kilometers away, where a dense pine tree forest accompanies the coast line. The farm house offers accommodation in apartments and bedrooms with independent entrance.

The farmhouse offers three apartments and two triple rooms, with an independent entrance and a 80sqm porch, finely furnished and welcoming, made in a typically Tuscan style, where special attention is dedicated to cleanliness.

Podere Cernaia offers its guests ample space, playgrounds, gardens, tables, chairs "to have lunch or dinner al fresco" deckchairs, sun beds, to enjoy a holiday in harmony with nature.

La Rimessa and Carraia are two specular apartments of 60 sqm each, furnished with solid wood furniture and terracotta floors, equipped with central heating. The entrance directly into the living room, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, table and sofa. From the living room you can access the attic, 20 MQ local that allows you to use it for rest or relaxation. A hallway divides the living room from the bathroom and the master bedroom, from where you can access directly into the garden, furnished with wrought iron bed, bedside wardrobe and solid wood dresser, curtains and carpets. Ideal apartments for a couple with 1 child.

La Cantina, 60 sqm apartment, has two rooms, with two bathrooms. Apartment furnished with solid wood furniture and terracotta floors, equipped with independent heating. The entrance directly into the living room, equipped with an equipped kitchen, table and sofa. A hallway, divides the sleeping area from the living room and access to the main toilets. The double bedroom, which can be accessed directly in the garden, is furnished with wrought iron bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers in solid wood, curtains and carpets, and bathroom in the room. The second bedroom can be furnished with either a double bed or twin beds. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate extra beds for children. Ideal apartment for 3 adults + 2 children.

Camera Max 1 and Camera Max 2, are two specular rooms, the name derives from their dimensions, each of 25 MQ. Finely furnished in Tuscan style, with curtains, carpets and toilets in the room. It can be used as double or triple, with the possibility of a fourth single bed for a child under 12. Ideal room for a group of friends or a couple with one or two children.

An excursion in the marine pine forest or horse back riding along the beach or even a carriage ride are an unforgettable and unique experience. Susanna and Vanni will suggest you itineraries and places to see and will direct you to the most unknown and unique places.

From the San Luigi farm house guests can easily access many interesting locations: the Marina di Grosseto beaches, characterized by the new tourist harbor. The medieval town of Castiglion della Pescaia famous for its castles, the Natural Oasis of Diaccia Botrona and the Casa Ximenes known as the Red House, recently restored and transformed in multi-media museum, Punta Ala with its harbor is particularly attractive for those who love sailing, Grosseto with its Archeological Museum and the Maremma Art Collection.
There are also many archeological sites dating back to Etruscan and Roman times, such as Roselle, Vetulonia, Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana.

The Maremma Park is famous for the numerous natural trails. The Saturnia Thermal Baths are characterized by regenerating how water waterfalls. The beautiful coast towns of the Silver Coast Line such as Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Calagalera, Ansedonia and Talamone are definitely worth the visit.
Famous is the town of Orbetello immersed in two lagoons, Capalbio with the Tarot cards Garden. The islands of the Tuscan archipelago, Giglio, Giannutri and Elba offer incredible natural sceneries. For the wine lovers, there are the Morellino and Scansano vineyards and their cellars. Follonica and Massa Marittima are famous for the Museums and the Carapax center.
From the farm house, it is easy to reach some of the most important Italian cities such as Rome, Siena, Florence and Pisa.
