The agriturismo
Located in the Maremma countryside, on an area of 23 hectares, between Massa Marittima and Follonica, the Sant'Anna Quarter Horses farm, among other activities, breeds splendid appaloosa and quarter horses alongside an amateur herd of Australian shepherds.
The farm is family-owned and includes a cultivation of PGI olive trees for oil production and a lavender crop.
The accommodation
Guests can stay overnight in independent apartments equipped with a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer (microwave oven on request), sofa, double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
Each apartment has its own independent veranda and its owngreen area.

Olive trees and lavender are cultivated on the property. The olive trees are totally natural and thehomegrown oil is IGP. Rainwater and the sun give wonderful fruits that make it possible to produce natural, tasty and healthy oil.

Guests can visit the horses, watch taming or farrier activities.
A river flows on the farm grounds, providing a picturesque setting in which to walk or organize picnics.
There are numerous animals on the farm with which children can spend some time.
In the surrounding area there are countless free and equipped beaches that are also suitable for children to swim. The main beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Piombino, Follonica and Scarlino are appreciated for their sandy seabed and clear water. Famous are the Cale di Scarlino (Cala Violina, Cala Civette, Cala Martina), which are about 20 km from the farmhouse.
Near Massa Marittima are some of the most beautiful medieval villages in Tuscany: Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Chiusdino and San Galgano, Monterotondo Marittimo, Montieri and Scarlino are destinations worth a visit.
A few kilometers from the farm is Lago dell'Accesa, a bathing lake that is a destination for excursions and picnics by residents and tourists alike.
