Rate includes: overnight stay , Electricity, water, gas, bed linens, bath linens, kitchen linens, weekly change, use of garden equipment (deck chairs, tables and barbecue) wifi, use of relaxation area in our private pine forest, use of sport fishing pond, final cleaning and private parking.
The rate does not include tourist tax of € 1.50 per day per adult (exempt under 14 years), for a maximum of 14 nights, air conditioning and heating on consumption if necessary.
In the apartment il giogo it is possible to add up to a maximum of 2 beds for children up to 12 years old.
In the apartment la pineta it is possible to add up to a maximum of 1 bed for children up to 12 years old.

In our farmhouse dogs are welcome!
I report below 4 small rules, in respect for each other and the environments that welcome you, so that for everyone can be a pleasant vacation!
- It is forbidden to leave your dog free and unattended in the common garden, someone might be afraid.
- It is forbidden to allow your dog to do his business in the common garden, but we urge you to accompany him outside the fence.
- It is forbidden to let him climb on beds and/or couches
- Avoid leaving your dog unattended inside the living quarters, he may yelp and bark causing disturbance to other guests.
