The agriturismo
The Resort is situated approximately a mile away from the picturesque smal town of Castiglione della Pescaia and its famous beaches, which have for years been awarded the European Blue Flag. A little piece of paradise surrounded by the beauty of the Maremma countryside, with soft hills as a backdrop, farmers' fields and the sea just a short distance away.
The accommodation
The Resort is composed of an old and prestigious country house, made of stone and restored throughout, surrounded by around 50 acres of green countryside. The farmholiday guarantees an exclusive holiday for anyone in need of relaxation and of all their creature comforts. The well-tended, tree-lined garden which encircles the Resort is also at your disposal should you wish sunbathe or walk, whilst the large gazebo is ideal for al fresco dining.
The 5 carefully restored apartments, each with its own front door and car-parking spot, all have satellite TV and air conditioning. They are aimed at people who want high levels of facilities and relaxation, so that you can enjoy every moment of your holiday in Maremma.

Vignamurata also makes an ideal base for visiting the region's main attractions, such as the Parco Regionale della Maremma, the archaeological sites of Vetulonia and Roselle, the numerous medieval villages in the area, the Terme di Saturnia and the neighbouring Monte Amiata.
