In case of babys' stay (included in the price): baby baths, bed barriers, baby chairs etc. if available and requested. Baby beds: €.15/each.
EXTRAS: Prices of standard and superior apts are intended for 2 persons, prices of Caprifoglio, Le Palme and Bellavista for 4 persons, each added person will pay € 15 extra per night. Children up to 12 years that stay in apartment with parents do not pay any extra.
THE FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE KITCHEN, FOR WHICH €25 WILL BE ADDEDD IN CASE IT IS NOT DONE BY THE CLIENT.
Breakfast service is not included in the price: €.11/day/adult and €.7/day/child (3-12y), children under 3y free of charge.
RESTAURANT "Osteria Al Braciere": our restaurant is closed 1 day a week, on Thursdays. Open for lunch only on Sundays.
