The agriturismo
The farmhouse De Santis extends in an estate surrounded by olive groves, orchards, vineyards and Mediterranean scrub. Despite being on a hill, it is within walking distance from the town center and1 km from the sea: ideal for those who want to move on foot and by mountain bike. It is the right place if you are looking forcontact with nature without being too isolated.
It enjoys a characteristic sea view and is close to the most famous Tuscan cities of art.
It has a large garden with swimming pool, several apartments furnished in Tuscan style, a half board service and the possibility to buy handicraft products.
Near the olive grove there are 22pitches for campers, caravans and tents, complete with all necessary facilities.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has a fewcozy apartments, furnished in Tuscan style and equipped with the necessary comforts to spend a relaxing stay.
The apartments are all located within the main structure, equipped with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, television, wifi and heating. Two of these apartments have a bathroom approved for people with disabilities.
In the garden you will find an outdoor relaxation area, in the shade of the gazebo, and the swimming pool.
Adjacent to the structure is theAgricampeggio De Santis which offers 22 pitches of 60 square meters, each bounded by laurel hedges.

- Dinner with Tuscan products fixed menu;
- Tasting of our products;
- Visit to the oil mills in the area (possible only during the pressing period, from mid-October to mid-November).
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is located in Castiglioncello, a town known in Italy and abroad for the beauty of its landscape, for the quality and refinement of the services it offers and for the cultural and associative initiatives of high value that it promotes.
Not very far from the farmhouse you can find: tennis courts, five-a-side football fields and several sport centers.
