Our Farm is situated on the fertile “Val di Cornia” plain in the centre of Tuscany, in the sunny and intensely farmed countryside, among the “Costa degli Etruschi” sea.

The Farm is run by the owner who personally welcomes the guests and attends to their accommodation in seven typical Tuscan flats.

Villa S.Emma (2 apartments, 500 mt. from the pool): The first floor flat of 180 square metres can accommodate 8 guests; The ground floor flat is 180 sq. m. and can accommodate 5 guests Casa Fattore (an independent house of 100 sq.m. 200 mt from the pool; 6 beds); Terre di Napoli (4 apartments close to the pool) Santo Spirito 1, it is an 100 sq. m. flat and can accommodate 6 guests; Santo Spirito 2, the flat is 100 sq. m. and can accommodate 4 guests; Santo Spirito 3, it is an 115 sq. m. flat and can accommodate 4+2 guests; Santo Spirito 4, the flat is 95 sq. m. and can accommodate 5 guests.

It offers spacious, completely restructured flats, which are tastefully and traditionally furnished, thus offering maximum comfort in the Tuscan country side. There are large green areas with lighting, and are furnished with tables, chairs and large umbrellas. Children will find games at their disposal, thus offering a holiday in direct contact with nature, for this reason pets are also welcome. If requested, visits to the Farm with its agricultural activities, Farm equipment and Farm animals can be arranged; recreational activities can also be organized.

There is a spacious swimming pool (9 x 18 square metres) near a country house called “Terre di Napoli” for the use of all our guests, it is a relaxing way to cool off in the summer season. Close by our guests will find an hobby area in an old and traditional stone rustic building with two comfortable living rooms exclusively available to those staying on the Farm. The building is equipped with dressing rooms, showers and a bathroom.

The perfect geographical position gives an opportunity to visit important and fascinating cities of art like Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena.
They can be reached in less than two hours, and even nearer you will find the Isle of Elba, the Gulf of Baratti, Populonia and Volterra, wonderful tokens of Etruscan Civilization.

Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and Massa Marittima are interesting medieval towns and villages.Bolgheri, with it cypress trees, reminds us of the magical poetry by Giosuè Carducci.
The “Val di Cornia” and the area around Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci are world-famous for their high quality wines, several of which are certified for their high quality – DOC and CRU. Travelling through the wine-producing areas “Strada del Vino” you can discover the many vineyards there.

In the summer our guests can cool off in the 9 x 18 sq. m. swimming pool. It is situated next to some living rooms, which are ideal for relaxing.
You can explore the interesting country lanes on the Farm and the surrounding area by mountain-bike or on foot. "Being near the sea the weather is mild in winter and breezy in summer. 3 km from the Farm is the “Valle del Sole” Spa with its warm 36°C water and together with “Calidario” Thermal lake provides swimming in the open throughout the year. In the surrounding three good Golf Clubs: Golf Club Toscana (18 holes), Golf Club Punta Ala (18 holes) and Golf Club Tirrenia (9 holes). Tennis court, boat hiring, surfing, under-water swimming lessons, riding school and so on are within easy reach of the Farm. If they so prefer, they can participate in the discovery of our “Strada del Vino” the splendid local wines and typical food.
