The farmhouse was born in a small rural hamlet and originally consisted of farms and farmhouses of an old farm.
The accommodation is immersed in the quiet countryside of the Livorno hills, a few kilometers from the Etruscan coast only 15 km from the sea and close to the main cities of art, such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and S. Gimignano.
The farmhouse has comfortable apartments , some of which have air conditioning .
Autonomous apartments equipped with every amenity have been built in the farmhouse in order to ensure an exceedingly pleasant and comfortable stay.
The Chardonnay and Sangiovese apartments are on the upper floor, with an exposed roof (rafters and bricks).
The Tebbiano and Malvasia apartments , on the other hand, are on the ground floor, with bathrooms suitable for people with disabilities.
Vermentino is a studio apartment for two people; it is on the ground floor with two fires.
It is possible to dine outdoors under a large 40-square-meter gazebo; accompanying the gazebo are two barbecues for cooking meat or fish.
The pool is equipped with a sea salt system as well as umbrellas and sunbeds. The farmhouse is equipped with a room where there is installed a washing machine for any needs of customers.
There are apartments of various types with one or two double bedrooms with the possibility of additional beds, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Its particular location allows guests to enjoy relaxing moments. There is a riding school and horse riding excursions are offered at the nearby stables.
Guests can go on walks and nature excursions and fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of the lake near the agriturismo.
There are important historic and archaeological sites to visit.
The vineyards owned by the farm produce excellent wines, some of them aged in barriques. These, in addition to the production of “Tanna” extra virgin olive oil, are the pride of the farm and evidence of high-quality production that respects the environment and the local area.
In the agriturismo’s wine room, guests can taste and purchase farm produce. In the nearby area, guests can sample typical local dishes, from the famous ‘cacciucco’ fish stew to Livorno-style mullet to hearty soups to Livorno punch (ponce) etc.
