The agriturismo
New, constantly developing agriturismo set in a green olive grove with a view that takes in the seas and the hills of the Maremma. Energy self-sufficient thanks to solar and photovoltaic panels.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers accommodation in renovated bedrooms, imaginatively furnished and with bathroom, hairdryer and mini-bar. The holiday homes have a kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
The buffet breakfast (sweet and savoury) is served in the communal rooms and includes bread, cakes, tarts and homemade jams, cereals, yoghurts and seasonal fruit. Guests can relax and spend the morning on the panoramic terrace.
Dinner (homemade Tuscan cuisine) offers a vast and varied buffet of starters, two first courses, a main course with side dish and fruit/dessert, using produce from the farm itself or from local farmers. In summer guests can dine in the garden in summer, in the covered terrace or indoors in the mid seasons.
The agriturismo offers a swimming pool, pinewood and garden, a favourite with young guests, as well as a barbecue and laundry room. The pinewood can be used as a camp site, for campers, caravans and tents (with all necessary services provided).
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is set in the hills, at 2.5 km from the sea and from the nearest town centre. At 1 km is the Corbezzolo trail which goes as far as Campiglia Marittima, a medieval village that is a definite must-visit along with Suvereto, Populonia, Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, all within a range of 15 km and can be reached by taking the cycle lanes.
Public beaches can be found at the Rimigliano pinewoods, the Gulf of Baratti or the Conchiglia area in San Vincenzo (where the agriturismo has a partnership with a beach club). At 4 km there is a Dog Beach where guests can enjoy the sea with their four-legged friends.

The farm is in a fantastic location between the hills and the sea of San Vincenzo, surrounded by nature. The room where we stayed was very spacious and overlooked a terrace with a breathtaking view. The owners very friendly The food was very good. I recommend it absolutely.
