The agriturismo

A late 1800s farmhouse, fully renovated to provide guest accommodation in two apartments surrounded by the greenery of an age old olive grove, each with its own large, shaded private garden.

The farm mainly grows olive trees, used to produce an outstanding extra virgin olive oil through cold pressing. The agriturismo is just 1.5 km from Bolgheri and 6 km from the sea.

The accommodation

The apartments, completely independent and renovated respecting the original features, are composed of a two-roomed apartment on the ground floor (accessible to disabled people) and a three-roomed apartment on the first floor: they have ceilings made of beams, rafters and bricks, terracotta floors, Tuscan style furniture. Each apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, kitchenette (4 burners) with pots and dishes. The bathrooms are equipped with WC, washbasin, bidet and shower box; each apartment has its own washing machine.

Directly from the parking lot, two small paths lead to the independent entrance of each apartment. Each apartment has its own driveway, its own veranda and its own barbecue.

The garden is furnished with chairs, deckchairs, sunbeds; under the large veranda it is possible to have lunch in the summer.

Activities and surrounding

Nearby, the sea of Marina di Bibbona offers free beaches and equipped lidos; trekking lovers will find woods and country paths that let you admire the expanses of vineyards. For lovers of culture and entertainment: the Etruscan archaeological sites of Populonia and Volterra; the archaeo-mineral park of S. Silvestro in Campiglia Marittima; the Acquaparkin Marina di Cecina; the Gallo Rose park in Cecina. The thermal baths of Venturina with the Calidario lake and the beaches of Baratti are within easy reach.
