The agriturismo
In a characteristic mountain village, a few km from the spa town of Bagni di Lucca. The farmhouse was born as a welcoming place for lovers of nature, landscape and typical activities of the area and its products: honey, oil, chestnuts and fruits.
Guests can enjoy all this by staying in two residences, distant from each other about 5 minutes walk and connected by a dirt path in the woods:
-"La Terrazza" is part of the historic home of the owners' family Maria Elena and Luca: double bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa bed;
- "Tuscany Forest Chalet " is a stone cottage in the woods: double bedroom with bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette.
The accommodation
The hospitality in the farmhouse is offered in two different apartments located in two different structures, about 5 minuteswalking distance from eachotherand connected by a dirt road in the woods (about 2 minutes by car, through a dirt road): "La Terrazza" and "Tuscany Forest Chalet", respectively for 4 and 3 guests.
In the villa lives the owner, Maria Elena, with her small family, who will be happy to involve you in the activities of the farm, such as the olive harvest, the bees and their honey, the chestnuts, the fruits and jams, the spontaneity of officinal herbs and vegetables.
On the hills that connect Bagni di Lucca with the town of Pinocchio, Collodi, the farmhouse La Terrazza degli Ulivi was born in 2014 with a first apartment that was part of an ancient residence of the Lords of Lucca who owned farms, chestnut and olive groves in the characteristic village of Benabbio. Once the farm was born and some restorations were made to the villa, Maria Elena made "La Terrazza" an elegant apartment that preserves the furniture and the historicity of the past.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen and a sitting room with tv and fireplace. The terrace is accessed from the apartment and is for the exclusive use of the guests, who can also enjoy and walk in the large garden of the villa using the barbecue.
For those who want to spend their holiday totally immersed in nature can stay at the "Tuscany Forest Chalet", the other accommodation that is part of the farm, 5 minutes from the village of Benabbio and can be reached by car or on foot, through a dirt road in the woods.
The chalet consists of a large living room with kitchenette TV and sofa and upstairs, the double bedroom with Jacuzzi and bathroom. The enclosed garden has a patio equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue.
Outside the property it is possible to go for extensive walks and animals are allowed. A marked path leads in ten minutes walk to the village and to the villa of the farmhouse.

All year round the owner offers cooking classes and tastings of local products . Bagni di Lucca has spas with thermal water and swimming pools, a river where you can do sports and nearby cities of art such as Lucca, Barga or Pisa.
