The price includes sheets and towels, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning/heating, wood for fireplace where present, final cleanings and taxes; the Bagni di Lucca Municipality hasn't tourist tax.
The bedroom cleaning is done every other day for stays longer than three nights.
For the apartments is inclueed the weekly changed of sheets and towels.
You can request daily cleaning (Euros 8,00 for the bedrooms, Euros 12,00 for the apartments).
Moreover you can free use:
- swimming pool (from May to September) with solarium and it’s situated apart and panoramic position. The swimming pool (bathing cap compulsory) have got a sea salt electrolysis (no chlorine).
- internet wifi in all common area;
- parking
- boules court, illuminated;
- ping pong table, covered and illuminated;
- masonry barbecues;
- playgroung for children;
- foosball table;
- small football picht with a basketball hoop;
You can also rent mountain bike, use the coin washing machine, buy the local foodstuffs and our products in the small La Torre shop.
Pets are welcome (no additional cost) in all apartments and in one of the bedrooms (Altea), the only one in the ground floor with direct outside entrance. In the other bedrooms, located on the first floor with a common entrance, I'm sorry, it isn't possible (Malva, Calendula, Melissa Arcangelica).
