The agriturismo

Nestled in the intense green countryside of Lunigiana, Tuscany ,about 1 hour from Lerici and the Cinque Terre, an agriturismo in an historic traditional hamlet with stunning views of the Apuan Alps, where time seems stand still.

The building is XV cent original .Near the National Park of the Apennines  from the village two wonderful paths start, one leads to the natural waterfalls perfect for those that love the nature and  to hike. We offer a selection of local delicious wines and a common kitchen where you can cook your meals.

Swimminpool relaxing area for maximum 8 guests.

Discover beautiful landscape , and the tastes and scents of the past, in this charming, relaxing oasis where guests are the most precious gift.

 

The accommodation

The manor house of 1500, with dated sandstone portals, the old barn, the stables and a part of the small rural village have been skillfully restored.

The independent rooms with private bathroom offer a diffused hospitality with a shared kitchen for your relaxing evenings in the courtyard. 

Guests have access to the old aia, the pool area, the yoga room , the garden and the forest with picturesque nature trails while the rhythms of time are punctuated by the passage of the cows back from the grazing in the evening.

NB: We provide a shared kitchen for guests to cook your own dishes, we also offer fresh produce from our garden and homemade delicacies and local products for lovers of healthy cooking.

We no longer offer dinner service, but we will be happy to organize a special dinner for those who came to try our kitchen, if notified in advance.

We offer cooking lessons with recipes of the Tuscan tradition and my grandmother.

Activities and surrounding

In 25 min walk or a few minutes by car you can reach fabulous natural waterfalls while by car are easily accessible the Mill of Arlia, medieval castles and villages of the Lunigiana, Fivizzano, Pontremoli , Bagnone, Portovenere Tellaro and the Cinque Terre.

Great starting point to reach cities of art such as Pisa (95km), Lucca (95km) and Florence (165km), the village is perfect for children who can be in contact with animals such as cows, horses, donkeys, the cat Benny, and have fun exploring the area as a real boy scout.

We offer traditional Tuscan cooking classes and wine tastings.

Our main feature is to be immersed in nature 1h15 from Cinque Terre, most of our guests come for total relaxation and to explore the surrounding area, including Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets for those who like to take the car. On the farm map and on Google Maps, it's very clear where we are, so we don't think it's right to penalize our structure for being lost. We are accessible by tarmac road and I will personally send you directions with links. As for services, we have a very good breakfast in the morning, a restaurant, a yoga room, a swimming pool... unfortunately you've always been out all day so you haven't used it, the only thing is that we don't have 24h/24. reception.
