At the time of booking a deposit is required, 1/3 of the agreed price. The reservation becomes binding for our facility only upon receipt of the receipt of payment of the deposit.
- Balance of payment: upon check-in.

The management receives orders for the delivery of bread and croissants for breakfast in July and August-
Upon request, the management can provide staff for daily cleaning of the apartments at 20 Euro per hour from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m
. - SMALL PETS ALLOWED (An extra charge of 50€ is required for final cleaning)
BREAKFAST
Upon request, possibility of small Italian breakfast at the price of Euro 5 per person to be consumed inside your apartment.
Check-in and Check-out
Arrival (Check-in): apartments will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Departure (Check-out): apartments must be vacated by 10
:00 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: Please advise for arrivals after 6:00 p.m.
Tourist tax: required as of 01/01/2024.
