The agriturismo
A Tuscan farm in an elevated position with 360 degree views: from the north you can admire Volterra, to the west Pomarance, to the south the small fortress of Rocca Sillana and to the east the Berignone oasis. The Cecina River is accessible on foot from the farm, offering crystal clear spots such as the “Masso delle Fanciulle”. The farm produces organic oil, which is also available for guests to purchase. The vegetable garden provides an extensive range of produce, and the farm also rears hens and other barnyard animals.
The accommodation
Guest accommodation is provided in 3 apartments: Lavanda (7 beds) includes a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Gelsomino (5 beds) includes a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fiordaliso (3 beds) includes a kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom.
There is also a separate small house with a bedroom with bathroom (Alloro) and kitchenette.
The swimming pool (May-October, 10x5 m) is refreshing in summer. There is also a laundry room and a shared lounge with internet connection. Photovoltaic panels provide sufficient energy during the day, while the domestic water is heated using solar panels.

In the immediate vicinity you will find Pomarance with its Romanesque church from the XII century and the Teatro dei Coraggiosi theatre, and Volterra with its Roman, Etruscan and Medieval remains and art gallery. A short distance away you will also find Florence, the coast, Larderello, the Monterufoli oasis, the Cecina Valley mining museum and the Peccioli prehistoric park.
