The agriturismo

Immersed in the green heart of Tuscany, surrounded from the beautiful landscape of a Natural Reserve, where many species of savage animals, like pheasants, rabbits, wild boars and deers live undisturbed.
Situated on the top of a hill, in a very quiet position you can observe one of the most beautiful city of arts in Italy: Volterra, which conserves all the magic of an old etrusc city.
The whole farmstead lies on a surface of 155 hectares in between of olivetrees, grainfields and wood.

The accommodation

In the old farmstead of end of 1800, recently restored, there are four apartments for our guests: "Federico" (8 places + 2), "Roberto" (4 places +2), "Granaio" (6 places +2) and "Cipresso" (4 places).

FEDERICO
(2 triplerooms, 1 doubleroom, 2 bathrooms - one with washing machine, a big living room with bedsofa and satellite tv, a kitchen with fireplace).
The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a private outside area with table and chairs.

GRANAIO
(6+2 people - 3 doublerooms, 3 bathrooms (1 for disabled persons), a big living-kitchen with dishwasher and satellite tv and sofabed + washing machine).

ROBERTO
(4+2 people - 2 doublerooms, 1 bathroom, a living kitchen with sofabed, fireplace and satellite tv + washing machine).
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private outside area with table and chairs.

CIPRESSO
(4 people - 2 doublerooms, 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), a living kitchen with dishwasher + satellite tv).
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private outside area with table and chairs.

Very appreciated are the products we cultivate and produce on our farm: oliveoil, fruits and vegetables that we cultivate with traditional and natural methods.

We have also a big pool (12x6x1.40), surrounded with a meadow, where you can relax and enjoy the silence and the panoramic view of Volterra and the green hills around the place.

Activities and surrounding

The Farmhouse lies in the centre of Tuscany, nearby art cities like Volterra (10 kilometres), San Gimignano (18 kilometres), 1 hour drive to Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca.
In Volterra you can find supermarkets, shops, car rentals and also the hospital.

Around the farm you can go for a walk through the heart of the tuscan hills.
On demand you can also take part at different activies like the picking of the olives and so try the finest extra virgin olive oil.

Culture-nature vacation with a group of 13 people, aged between 13 and 83. Pretty stone farmhouse, remote location, 30 minutes from Volterra. Access by car via a potholed gravel road. But the journey is worth it. Pure nature from fireflies to scops owls. Apartments and garden off... Read more
