Same goes for the restaurant. You didn't like the menu, that's okay, but we have a summer section just for those who come to have lunch and use the pool. We can't trace when her reservation was ( I can't find any Paul) so we can't be more specific about that. . We are sorry again.
Regarding the room with bidet, we have 12 out of the 15 bathrooms we have , you happened to have the room without. I understand your disappointment, in fact we tend not to give the room without bidet to Italians, but being totally full we had no choice. As avid travelers ourselves and keeping debates with other locations and on specific updates, only 42% of Italian facilities have bidets, and abroad it is not even considered. We are making an additional economic effort after redoing all the bathrooms, air conditioning and remodeling the hall and pool in addition to bringing back the garden, olive trees and vineyard and redoing the wine cellar, to remodel all the mattresses and probably the beds as well. You don't care about that, you cared about sleeping comfortable when you came ( again, there is a world here because some people want very hard mattress and some want springs, like the pillow) but it is to let you know that we care so much about the comfort of the clients and we know what upcoming improvements are in place, but , like everyone else, we have a budget to stick to.
