We work with children all year round as we are an educational farm, I'm an expert in outdoor education and my daughter is psychologist and both are Pet Therapy operator, so for the all year we work with children of all ages and children are welcome for us.
As you can read on the description, this is not a tourist village, is an agritourism where people come to relax, so we only ask to our guest to rispect normal education roules. However, it seems to me that your children have played in the pool and have also brought what is not allowed.
Furthermore, the rules in the pool have been decided for the safety of the guests (such as, for example, not running on the edge of the pool because you can slip), and most of the time you were in the pool you didn't respect them.
Anyway, you booked for six people and you were in eight. The House is for 4 adults and two children under 12 years old and you can find 12 of each type of crockery. About the chears, usually the material for the outside is in plastic.

I wanted to thank you for your comment and respond to your inferences. You booked through Agriturismo.it and in your voucher, you can check, the final cleaning is charged as is the consumption of air conditioning. It was kept on day and night continuously for 14 days even with doors and windows open and for whole days even when you were going away to visit some city. None of you told us that it was working poorly, we could have intervened very gladly. After all (working on the adjacent veranda) we heard from the noise of the air conditioner machine from outside, and we certainly could not go into the house to ask whether it was working or not. In fact, you did not say anything, perhaps because you thought we did not notice, in fact the remote control for turning it on and the instruction booklet were never requested.
The house is beautiful and appreciated by all you can read the comments, the pool water is wonderful with a salt sterilization system, the most appreciated thing by our guests. The furniture is not plastic but there is only a table and outdoor garden chairs. If they were not to your liking in the olive grove there were iron tables and chairs available. The interior of this villa has been published in an architectural magazine.
As for changing the linens, we did not have time to ask you because on Saturdays we have check out in the morning and check in in the early afternoon so we are in a hurry to clean the apartments for the new guests and in the afternoon we ask the remaining guests if they need to change the linens. She had already done the washing of the sheets, in fact I did not ask for the cost of the washers. Again if she had an urgent need she could ask and we would anticipate the time without any problem.
The thing that saddens me the most is that a customer says nothing when she is at the agriturismo, gives us big smiles and when we ask "is everything okay?" we are told yes and then comes home and makes the negative comment just because we asked for what they owed us or rather, much less than what they would have owed us but we decided to come to her rescue. Go to agriturismo.it and see the expenses that are extra.
Finally, you left a house that was a mess we took about 3 hours to clean it, we had to rewash all the dishes and all the pots and pans, fridge and freezer, oven, and in the dishwasher there was everything, plus the coffee made was left in the glass jug with so much mold on it, also the kitchen wall was dirty with food and coffee; elsewhere they would have charged well over 50 euros for cleaning!!!!!!
