The agriturismo

This farmhouse is the ideal holiday place for those who are looking for a very quiet and friendly atmosphere; therefore, guest caring and hospitality will be our first aims to guarantee a comfortable holiday.
A pool of 16x8 mt and a large solarium area are available for the guests. For their well-being we use a modern salt-sterilization system (without chlorine, hygienically and epidermal -safe).

The accommodation

This old land houses have been well restored with care taken to the surrounding landscape, the Tuscan architectural traditional features and guest's family needs.
The farming estate consists of five apartments, two of which completely independent.

Three apartments are part of the main building, the farmhouse: the Elisa apartment, (sq.85), on the ground floor with independent entrance; the Mimosa Bellavista In each apartment there is a wide dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (4 slpees+1) and a bathroom with shower.
The guests of these apartments can have their meals outdoor in an area well furnished.

La Casina: a two-storey villa of sq.133, completely independent. On the ground floor there is a wide dining room, a small bathroom an a kitchen while on the first floor there are two bedrooms (sleeps4) and two bathrooms. In the dining room there is also a comfortable double-sofa bed (sleeps 2). There is a large porch with view on the wood, well furnished to have your meals.

La Carraia: a one-storey villa of sq.103, completely independent. It takes the name from the old Carraia ( Italian name for farm carts ). There is a large dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (sleeps 4), two bathrooms with shower and an attic with a sofa-bed (sleeps 2).
There is a large porch with view on the swimming pool well furnished to eat out.

Activities and surrounding

Thanks to the wonderful position of the holiday house, guests can visit the most attractive artistic, historical and tourist locations, as well as the cities on the sea like Tirrenia, Pisa, Cecina and Vada.

Florence and Lucca are within an hour by car; Pisa, famous for "Piazza dei Miracoli" and "the Leaning Tower" and Leghorn, the main port of Tuscany, housing the prestigious Naval Academy are within half an hour by car.

Then there are other sights very interesting and worthy visiting which are only a few kilometres far from the farm holidays:
- Casciana Terme: a well-known thermal locality
- Tirrenia: a fabulous sea locality with a renowned golf course
- Volterra: an old Etruscan village full of history. - Calci, with its natural historical museum

Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli, where you can go on wonderful tour guided routes on horseback, on foot, by bike or by horse carriage.
Massaciuccoli Lake is a wildlife oasis with naturalistic and educational itineraries suitable especially for children.
Torre del Lago Puccini is the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini. To opera-lovers, we recommend the summer Opera Festival of Puccini held at Torre del Lago in a wonderful scenario overlooking the lake.

To motor-bike lovers and especially to the lovers of scooter Vespa, it's recommend the city of Pontedera (20 min by car) and the museum Piaggio, where all the most important scooters produced by Piaggio Company are on display
