Check-in and check-out: stays are normally on a weekly basis with arrival on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. (if the guest has different needs, he/she must contact the property); apartments must be vacated from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the day scheduled for departure.
Depending on the time of year, customized living arrangements can be configured upon request.
A deposit of Euro 150.00 in cash will be required upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure if no damage is found to the apartment and/or property and if the apartment has been left in good condition. The kitchen, oven, stove, refrigerator and dishes must be left clean and tidy in each apartment. Otherwise, 25 euros will be withheld for extra cleaning in addition to the cost of final cleaning.
