The agriturismo, the farm, the restaurant, the vegetable garden and the olive groves are managed by Marco and Lora. Marco, who after graduating in law, according to the family tradition, made a choice of total break from the family vocation. After taking his degree, he took a sabbatical year in which he travelled the world with Lora. He dedicated himself with her body and soul to the rural activity of the farm, cultivating the land, breeding animals and sowing flowers and plants.

Together they have admirably enhanced the amenity of the place, which they are proud and happy to let those who want to spend days of relaxation and pleasure, recovering a dimension of life away from the chaos of the city and enjoying the joys and specialties that the place and their commitment, even in the kitchen, are able to offer. Podere Il Fornacino is the ancient name of the land and farmhouse where the life of the farmers has been spent. For generations, from the first half of the 19th century, they lived in this place, in the municipality of Santa Luce, a small village in the Pisan hills behind the Livorno coast, just behind Castiglioncello. The house has been renovated, preserving an absolutely harmonious link between the old and the new, wanting to keep as much as possible intact the relationship with the environment, the land, its fruits and animals in a small farm lovingly cared for with a strong modern and ecological sensitivity. Suite delle Rose is a beautiful and spacious suite located inside the old farmhouse on the ground floor. It consists of a large bedroom, a comfortable living room and a bathroom with a walk-in stone shower. Leaving the suite you are directly under the furnished portico that overlooks the garden. It has all the comforts such as air conditioning, independent heating, hand-printed linen and a small library. The atmosphere is warm and reassuring. Suite del Tramonto is a charming suite that is located inside the old farmhouse on the first floor. It consists of a large bedroom with beautiful views of the village, a large living room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower in pietra serena. From its large private terrace there are breathtaking views of the valley below and the rolling hills. It has all the comforts such as mini fridge, air conditioning, independent heating and hand printed sheets. The atmosphere is romantic and welcoming. Suite delle Farfalle is a beautiful suite located inside the new extension of the original farmhouse. Built in perfect harmony with the existing structure inspired by the modern principles of green building. The suite is very spacious and therefore perfect for a couple even though it can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The living area is on the ground floor together with the bathroom with shower, while on a large mezzanine floor there is the double bedroom. It has all the comforts such as fridge, air conditioning, independent heating, small library and hand-printed sheets. The atmosphere is energetic and bright. Suite Dei Pappagalli (Parrots' Suite) is an elegant suite located inside the extension to the original farmhouse, mirroring Suite delle Farfalle is perfect for a couple, but equally comfortable for a family of up to four people. The very high ceiling of wood and terracotta bricks has given the possibility to create a very nice double bedroom on a mezzanine built in iron and wood. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a comfortable bathroom with shower. It has all the comforts such as mini fridge, air conditioning, independent heating, small library and hand-printed sheets. The atmosphere is traditional but at the same time modern. *The pool* The panoramic pool, almost hanging, enjoys the view of the valley below. A postcard view of Tuscany. All around there is a large terrace with an outdoor shower, deckchairs and umbrellas where you can lie in the sun or sip a good glass of wine while contemplating the landscape of the Livorno hills that are painted in the colours of summer. The bar and restaurant are there, and just below, on a hidden crag is a picnic area, a large solid wood table and BBQ. The pool is usually open from May to October.

The old farmhouse, the flower garden with large green spaces and the panoramic swimming pool are located within the ten hectares of land that make up the property. The farm is located in an area of hunting and repopulation reserve, so it is not uncommon to see quiet deer grazing, as well as hares and pheasants. The farm is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and cultivated fields and is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful medieval village of Santa Luce.
