The agriturismo
The farmhouse was founded in 1953. It is immersed in the Pisan hills , within a protected area where hunting is not practiced and where there are several Organic farms, not far from the sea, which influences the climate of our hills, making the winter mild and the summer pleasant and breezy.
The structure has the typical characteristics of theTuscan farmhouse, an ideal place for those who want to spend their vacations in total relaxation. You will be immersed in the colors and scents that only the Tuscan landscape can give you.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 3 types of accommodation:
- Appartamento Matilde (for 4 guests): a three-room apartment located on the second floor of the farmhouse, with a separate entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, kitchen-living room, double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchenette we have gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer. The apartment is equipped with TV, fans and washing machine and on request crib and high chair for baby. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and has a hair dryer.
- Appartamento Amelia (for 5 guests): three-room apartment located on the second floor of the cottage, with a separate entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room and kitchenette, double bedroom, a very spacious and bright three-bedded room with a terrace equipped with a table, and a bathroom. In the kitchenette we have gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer. The apartment is equipped with TV, fans and washing machine and on request crib and high chair for baby. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and has a hair dryer.
- Both: for large families or groups of friends, we offer the possibility of making the two apartments communicating. Maximum number of guests: 9.
The apartments enjoy a fantastic view of the hills and lavender cultivation and are all equipped with the main amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, linens, baby bed, high chair, free Wi-fi in common areas, dog accessibility and parking.
Outside there is a large shaded and equipped garden, perfect for enjoying moments of absolute rest and savoring local products.
You will find barbecues, a gazebo, tables, chairs and sofas where you can relax and enjoy typical Tuscan products. For children we have several outdoor games and in the garden they can all play together carefree.
Activities and surrounding
Typical Tuscan farmhouse, to spend a vacation immersed in nature in total relaxation but still close to the sea of the Etruscan coast, a few kilometers from the spa of Casciana, beautiful Tuscan villages and important art cities such as Pisa and Volterra.
