Volterra (Pisa) Code
The agriturismo is part of a family-run farm, growing cereals and forage on 18 hectares of land, with 800 olive trees, a vegetable garden/orchard and a small vineyard from which a local wine is made.
The agriturismo (once a rural building) is a small independent farmhouse in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, with views of the hills surrounding Volterra. Today, following renovation, it is home to an apartment with a living room/kitchen with sofa bed for two people, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a porch with tables and chairs overlooks the large lawn, in the middle of which is the swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the apartment. A brick barbecue and a wood-burning oven are available in a secluded corner of the garden.
The agriturismo is located in the Volterra hills, 10 minutes from the ?balze? crags and the medieval town of Volterra. Its location, peaceful yet well-connected to the main roads, makes it easy to visit the nearby cities of art: Siena, Pisa and Florence (about an hour away) and the Etruscan coast (40 minutes away).
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.
