The  farm holiday is composed by 2  farmhouses: San Carlo and I Reucci,  next to each other, immersed in century-old woods of oaks and chestnuts, in the heart of Tuscany, at easy reach to all most important historical towns.
The green hills and splendid countryside all around are perfect for long walks, hikes, horseriding (there is a riding stables in the vicinity) and cycling on mountain bikes.

We have adopted all the health security measures required by the competent Authorities to guarantee the total safety of all Guests and our Staff.

The application of strict hygiene procedures in all common areas, in apartments and in contacts with our family guarantees maximum comfort and serenity for your stay.

Upon arrival you will be able to personally verify the application of the security measures which however will not make you give up any pleasure for your stay.

These are the main procedures we have activated:

-Constant cleaning and sanitization of all spaces of the structure, apartments, common areas.
-Strict sanitization and cleaning of all possible contact points (door handles, elevators, reception counters, common bathrooms etc ...), which are disinfected several times a day.
-Hand sanitizers positioned in the various areas of the farm
-Training of our staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols
-Simplification of check-in and check-out procedures
-In our kitchen we only use products at Km 0 and of our organic production.
-Our breakfast is served on the large panoramic terrace with properly sanitized tables and chairs. To ensure your health we have spaced the tables. For dinner you can choose to use your veranda (only in San Carlo) or the consumption on the terrace subject to availability of the tables.

SAN CARLO
Ancient country house, It offers 8 comfortable apartments (lodging from two to four people) fully furnished and equipped, with private entrances and indipendent central heating. Veranda face to garden swimming pool view, with table and chairs to eat outdoor.

Apartments on ground floor or first floor.
Apartments have veranda/balcony face to garden swimming pool view, with table and chairs to eat outdoor. Inside large living room with kitchen fully furnisched (cooktop, fridge with freezer, dishes), Tv, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, twin bedroom. 

Apartment Bilo (min 2 people - max 4 people)
Apartments on ground floor or first floor.
Apartments have veranda/balcony face to garden swimming pool view, with table and chairs to eat outdoor. Inside kitchen fully furnisched (cooktop, fridge with freezer, dishes), Tv, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, double bedroom.

I REUCCI
Ancient country house dated 1400, recentrly restored, It offers 7 comfortable apartments (lodging from two to four people) fully furnished and equipped, with private entrances and indipendent central heating.

Capanna (min 4 people - max 5 people)
Dependence with private veranda face to garden swimming pool view, with table and chairs to eat outdoor. On ground floor: large living room with kitchen fully furnisched (cooktop, fridge with freezer, dishes), Tv, sofa bed; at fFirst floor: double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.

The Reucci Bilo3 and Capanna apartments have air conditioning, use of the air conditioning is included up to a maximum of 10 hours per day. The customer can use the air conditioning for the whole day with an extra price of Euro 30/day

The farmhouse is surrounded by extensive lawns with a large swimming pool, bowling green available for guest. At your disposal barbeque, mountain bike to rent, tennis table, tasting of our product like wine, olive oil and honey.
In the restaurant you can taste the tipycal dish of Tuscany tradition.

The restaurant is located in San Carlo, half board is available for min of 8 pax. Always ask the property for confirmation for dinner service

The reservation can be canceled up to 60 days before arrival, after 60 days the payment of the balance is required to definitively confirm the reservation

Only 20 km away from the Etruscan city of Volterra; Larderello with her characteristic geothermical central, San Gimignano, the city of towers, the Chianti Classico area and the cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena are all within easy reach, without counting all the delightful trips that can be made to the colourful and characteristic Tuscan villages in the area and the Tyrrhenian coast, only 40 km away.
