Terms: For reservations made by mail or phone, the required deposit is 40%. The security deposit for the entire villa is 700€. The balance of the total amount will be due the day before departure. For cancellation from 30gg to arrival, a penalty of 40% of the total amount applies. For cancellation from 14gg to arrival a penalty of 90% from the total amount applies.
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival 50€ for stays up to 2 nights, 150€ for stays over 2 nights.
Check-in and Check-out:
Arrivals must be between 4 pm and 8 pm. It is possible to check in from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 50€.
Check-out must be done by 10 a.m. to clear the room for cleaning. Conditions permitting, it is possible to check out until 2 p.m. at a cost of 50€.
Linen change is weekly. The cost of an extra change is 15€.
Cleaning is weekly at a cost of 50€ per apartment (for stays over 2 nights), for the whole villa, 150€ for stays up to 2 nights, 300€ for stays over 2 nights. The cost of extra cleaning required is 50€ per apartment.
Extra beds are available at a cost of 30€ each.
Cot for children up to 3 years old, 5€. Sleeping place for children 3 to 10 years 15€.
Sleeping place for children older than 10 years 30€.
Dogs and small animals: 10€ per day.
