You do not have to share the villa and the surrounding area with other guests: by booking you have exclusive use of everything. A high level of privacy is guaranteed, the area surrounding the villa is fenced off. A large and well-kept lawn surrounds the villa. Ideal for families of up to 5 people looking to relax or for couples on their honeymoon.
The accommodation
From the villa you can enjoy romantic sunsets over the Tuscan hills and the nearby fortress of Sillano.
The farmhouse has 2 double bedrooms with a third single bed. Possibility of requesting a high chair or a cot.
Access to the villa is via an electric gate that leads to the 100m private road leading to the property.
Well equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue and ample private covered parking . In the structure there are 2 bathrooms both with shower, possibility to request central heating.
Activities and surrounding
In the structure you can relax, sunbathe by the pool or read a book listening only to the sounds of nature. The whirlpool bath united with the splendid view will make your holiday even more relaxing. Children can play on the large and well-kept lawn.
A few hundred meters from the villa there is a tennis court and an outdoor gym. At 5 minutes from the villa there is a riding school where you can book a riding lesson or a horseback ride in the middle of nature. In the area there are also wineries, vineyards and restaurants. Possibility of renting bicycles or e-bikes 10 minutes away or walking along the many paths in the area. The fascinating geothermal museum is 10 minutes away, while in a few minutes it is possible to reach the Pavone stream or the Rocca Sillana fortress whose height offers a breathtaking view of Tuscany.
The villa is situated between the beautiful cities ofSiena which is an hour away and Volterra which is 45 minutes away, Massa Marittima is 40 minutes away. With just over an hour's drive you can also reach important art cities such as Florence and Pisa. The villa is less than an hour away from the blue beaches of Follonica.
