Nestled on a 4-hectare farm, Terra volonteri farmhouse has 7 large rooms:

2 Superior King: king size double bed, bathroom with shower, welcome kit, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, bathrobes, olive grove view.

2 Junior Suite: two rooms, king size double bed sofa bed, bathroom with shower, welcome kit, air conditioning, 2TV, WI-FI, bathrobes, olive grove and hills view.

1 Deluxe Suite: two rooms, queen size double bed hallway with armchair, bathroom with double shower, welcome kit, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, bathrobes, garden view.

2 Family Suite: two rooms, king size double bed 2 single beds 100 X 200, bathroom with shower, welcome kit, air conditioning, 2TV, WI-FI, bathrobes, olive grove and hills view.

Breakfast served in a living room overlooking the garden and hills! It is possible to taste delicious local products:from the fruits of the farm to the celebrated pastries elaborated by the best pastry chefs of Montecatini, to the renowned Tuscan ham and the tasty local pecorino cheese!

Swimming pool: nestled among the olive trees, with a view that sweeps over the surrounding hills. Integrated into nature without concrete barriers, the banks of the hill delimit it! Pool of 15 mt X 6 mt also suitable for sports swimming!

Olive grove

This hilly, smiling olive grove has been reconstituted after 40 years of neglect : 300 olive trees produce an excellent Oil, IGP Tuscan and Organic.

Organic in that we respect nature by following this exclusive specification without chemical interventions relying on natural products. Diversity in that different varieties of plants develop in harmony: olive trees, cypresses, orange trees, an orchard, mimosas...for a stay of elegance and relaxation!

Podere

4 hectares, ideal for walks in the woods, surrounded by olive and conifer trees. There is also an orchard surrounded by hydrangeas.

The Hill

The experience of walking in the hills that embrace the eco lodge is truly enchanting. Taking a picture of a curious squirrel, the furtive glance of a fox, the peaceful crossing of a group of deer. These encounters make the walk even more fascinating and memorable.

The orchard of Terra Volonteri

Lemons, grapefruits, oranges, cherries, plums, apples and pears thrive in harmony. This variety of fruits offers guests aunique taste experience. The vibrant colors and irresistible scents invite guests to pick the fresh fruits straight from the trees to taste them with love and respect for the nature that embraces us!

Tuscany is a unique territory that marriesart! Vineyards and olive trees adorn its famous hills.

The landscape is rich as it is a true example of biodiversity! Not to be forgotten are the prestigious vineyards: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet franc and as many blends for a red wine known throughout the world. Among the prestigious varieties of olive trees: frantoio with lush foliage, leccino, moraiolo make up the classic blend of IGP Tuscan olive oil.

Montecatini thermal baths, a UNESCO heritage site.

They are already appreciated by the ancient Romans, the waters of Montecatini! The first urbanization surrounding them dates back to the Grand Duke of Tuscany Pietro Leopoldo, who had "the baths" and the wide avenue leading to them built. At the beginning of the 20th century, Architect Giulio Bernardini completed the work, transforming Montecatini into a spa town. In 2021, the "Tettuccio" spa was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
