A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
CITY TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: € 1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 14 days for guests 12 years and older.
CANCELLATION POLICY
VILLARENT: The deposit for villa rental will be returned if you cancel 45 days before check-in. For cancellations between 45 gioni and check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.
