The agriturismo
Just minutes from the center of Colle Val d'Elsa is this oasis of peace surrounded by greenery, where you can relax and regain that contact with nature that we are losing nowadays. The sound of silence and Nature will play a key role in this.
The accommodation
Agriturismo Nerbona consists of two structures: Nerbona, the main structure, and La Casina, which is 1 1/2 km away.
NERBONA consists of 12 apartments, 2 rooms, the beautiful Villa Aia and the swimming pool. Here you will find the reception, the janitor's house, the small consecrated church, dedicated to St. Louis, two barbecues, some bicycles and various games (table tennis, foosball, volleyball net, swing and soccer goals). In addition, at the main facility in Nerbona there is the possibility of using the restaurant and kitchen. In Nerbona it is possible to accommodate about 60 people including adults and children.
Continuing the journey from Nerbona, passing through a grove, you arrive at the magical CASINA. The latter consists of 5 apartments and the swimming pool. Also here there is a barbecue, some bicycles, soccer goals and a swing available. At the Casina it is possible to accommodate about 24 people including adults and children.
The farmhouse boasts 600 hectares of property with trails and landscapes to discover, which will make your excursions unique.
Both facilities have various types of accommodation: carved out of an old rural structure, each apartment has different features and its own particularities. This makes it possible to meet different types of requests. The apartments have private outdoor space with table, chairs and umbrella. Each kitchen is fully equipped, and some accommodations are also suitable for people with disabilities.
Activities and surrounding
Agriturismo Fattoria Nerbona is located in the countryside, but a five-minute drive away we find Casole d'Elsa, with restaurants, bank, post office, grocery stores. Ten minutes drive away is Colle di Val d'Elsa, where there is a large bus station, connecting Colle di Val d'Elsa with Siena, Florence, Poggibonsi etc. (where the train station is located), supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
Both villages are very nice to visit, especially the historical part.
In addition we find:

MONTERIGGIONI, twenty minutes by car
SIENA, thirty minutes by car
VOLTERRA, forty minutes
FLORENCE, five minutes
In twenty minutes we reach the beginning of the "CHIANTI ZONE" (Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, etc.). In one hour we reach the southern part of Siena with MONTALCINO PIENZA and MONTEPULCIANO.
Near us there is MENSANO, (ten minutes by car), a small village, a forgotten and not classic tourist destination, but from there you can enjoy a wonderful landscape, the most beautiful in this area.
There is the possibility to take walks in the surroundings also going along the Via Francigena.
