Both facilities offer different kinds of accommodations. Derived from an ancient rural structure,
each apartment has different characteristics and peculiarities. This allows meeting different types
of requests. The apartments have a private outdoor space with table, chairs and sunshade.
Each kitchen is fully equipped and some accommodations are also suitable for disabled people.
All equipped with kitchen/living room, the apartments are as follows: the one-bedroom flats
have a bedroom and a bathroom. The two-bedroom flats have two bedrooms
and a bathroom and one of them has two bathrooms. The three-bedroom flats have three bedrooms
and two bathrooms.
Inside the main structure, it is located VILLA AIA.
It guarantees more privacy and tranquility to the guests. Villa Aia has living room/kitchen,
another large living room with fireplace and panoramic view, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom
and three bathrooms. It also benefits with a large private outdoor space with table, chairs, beach chairs
and sunshade.
Both Nerbona that La Casina have common areas that guests can use. In Nerbona the common area
is a play area for kids with ping-pong table and foosball. They also have available two external barbecue grills.
The common area of La Casina is composed of a charming stone shed equipped with seating stone
sink with hot water for washing dishes. Here there is also a barbecue available for guests.
In Nerbona there is also a small consecrated church dedicated to San Luigi, always open to the public.
Immersed in the park of Nerbona, you can enjoy a swimming pool, where they can breathe the peace
and they can relax. The pool of La Casina is slightly smaller, but the view is amazing.

The farm provides mountain bikes and booster seats, for children and adults such
as table football, ping-pong and s swing. Our bike rental is free. If you desire newer and more professional bikes, you can let it know to the reception. We will give you a bike rental contact nearby, in Colle Val d'Elsa.
The farm is located just minutes from Colle Val d'Elsa, one of the most important
centers of Val d'Elsa, with the architectural beauties of Colle Alta and the crystal industry.
"Colle" got the name of Città del Bio (brand promoted by AIAB -
Italian Association for Organic Agriculture) for the support and development
of important projects for the environment, organic farming and sustainability.
