For the months of July, August and the first half of September: a minimum stay of 7 nights is required for the apartments. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for the room.
From Friday to Sunday Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Early departure: Guests are required to pay for the entire stay in the case of early departure or no show.
Breakfast: for the apartments the breakfast service is on request (in the apartment or garden). Guests can have bread, pizza and fresh croissants delivered from the owners' trusted bakery.
Discounts for groups:
A discount of 5% is offered on the farm’s products, when buying a minimum of 3 items.
Special arrangements with some restaurants in the area.
Direct sale of Chianti and Vernaccia DOCG.
Small pets:allowed by arrangement.
Daily change of linen: € 20,00
Pool towels: € 5.00 per person.
Use of laundry room: € 7.00 per wash.
Warning: any wasteful consumption (lights left on, heating on with windows open, damage of various kinds) will be charged for on departure.
