The skilful renovation of a typical Tuscan style stone farmhouse has created: - a first floor apartment (3 bed) with one double and one single room, a bathroom and a large, well-equipped kitchen with a wood fire; - a two-room apartment on the ground floor (2 bed) with one double room, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with a wood fire; - a one-room apartment on the ground floor (2 bed) with one double room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with electric hotplate and all you need to prepare breakfast or a quick lunch. Outside you’ll find a scenic terrace with a gazebo, tables and chairs and loungers, the ideal spot to enjoy the spectacular surrounding nature. The agriturismo adjoins a farm which, in addition to wine, produces oil and cereals, vegetables and seasonal fruit, available for guests to enjoy. You can also meet and feed the animals (dogs, cats, hens and rabbits), making this the ideal place for a holiday with children.
Just a few km away you'll find the cities of Quirico d'Orcia, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona and the beautiful Siena, or why not make the most of the rejuvenating hot springs of the Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo or the Chianciano sensory spa centre. Mount Amiata is just a short distance away, ideal for skiing and walking. Close to the Cassia regional road and the ancient Via Francigena, the agriturismo is an excellent starting point for walks, mountain bike rides and horseback excursions along signposted pathways which show the duration of each route, the level of difficulty and the attractions you?ll pass along the way.
