A charming holiday farmhouse in Tuscany situated in the Senese countryside only 18 Km from Siena. Located up on a hill with a splendid panorama and immersed in a green area, offers apartments accurately furnished.

The 18th Century Manorhouse has been converted into seven apartments and a villa beside a swimming pool.
The apartments have been accurately furnished with real antique furniture and are equipped with kitchens, central heating and other modern comforts to guarantee a relaxing and comfortable stay. Every room is studied in minute detail, ceilings restored keep the beams typical of ancient dwellings and the cotta floors, restored too without altering their originality. It’s furnished with period furniture, carefully chosen to recall the charm of a time, ensuring an impeccable comfort

Dependance (150 m² - 10 persons): Near the house there is a detached villa suitable for families and groups of friends. Originally a church, over time has been desecrated and used as home. It has maintained a unique and charming atmosphere because of the architectural style that characterizes it. It has a wonderful view from every room. Unique and suitable for people looking for a typical dwelling Tuscan, ensuring an impeccable comfort for even long stays. It has a private terrace where to enjoy a splendid view of the valley that surrounds it. It has four double bedrooms, one of this is very large with two single beds, three baths with a very large tub and a shower, a kitchen equipped with pots and dishes with table for 16 people, television and refrigerator, with a veranda equipped for having meals outdoors.
Apartment Suite 75 mq: Beautiful independent apartment with private entrance. Its name "Suite" comes from our work of restoration of an ancient farmhouse of 1700. It has been preserved all original materials of construction with great rigour. The entrance consists of a large window on the kitchen, harmonious and spacious with a beautiful fireplace on the left. Climbing the 11 steps of stairs we find the bedroom with canopy bed and air-condition. We just go to the window for understanding of being immersed in a very particular nature, you can see only hills and woods. A pleasant arch divides the room from the bathroom with two sinks set in a big nut table, a pool from which to enjoy the wonderful landscape and a handy shower glass. Bidet and vase are in a separate room. All furniture and furnishings are carefully chosen to fill with elegance these beautiful rooms. The apartment can become 2 +2, because in the kitchen there is a sofa bed. 

Villa Siena (2 + 2: 85 m², private terrace 40 m², two bathrooms, two bedrooms) -
Independent house, newly restructured, in accordance with the traditions of Tuscan farmhouses, suited to a couple who wish more privacy, but it is also extremely comfortable for a family of 4 persons.
The entrance hall has a large glass partition which opens to the kitchen fitted out with all the modern conveniences: microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc...all of which are set in highest quality cherry wood.
On the same floor as the kitchen there is a lounge. It too has a large glass partition which, together with the lovely fireplace, frames a 1700's archway made from Tuscan bricks. A bathroom with a sizable shower completes the ground floor.
A big staircase allows access to the floor above. Here the master bedroom can be found with a king size bed (with a latex foam mattress to ensure a good night's rest) and an eight-door cherry wood wardrobe; a large window frames the entire Arbia Valley. The second smaller bedroom is also on this floor and has bunk-beds and a wardrobe, it too has a large window with a lovely view.
The second bathroom with bathtub serves the two bedrooms and offers breathtaking view of Siena.
In addition, the house has a fabulous private terrace where you can completely relax and delight in having outdoor lunches and dinners in the midst of a dream setting.
The house has air conditioning.

The farmhouse is an ideal place for families: all the apartments are located beside the pool, near a large and well equipped barbecue place and near all the other facilities and activities which are all at your disposal.
The owners organize in the evenings, events where you will be able to enjoy typical and delicious culinary specialities. They organize also trips and excursions to the nearby hills, forests and rivers where you will admire the beauties of the Tuscan countryside.
Autumn in Tuscany is the ideal season to search mushrooms, an essential part of the typical Tuscan cooking.

Guests will enjoy relaxing baths in the swimming pool, a barbeque and a brick oven. Splendid excursions by motorbike in the surrounding hills.
The farm house is situated near important thermal points, as Petriolo, Saturnia or San Filippo thermal baths.

Art cities and cultural points nearby are very close: Montalcino, Pienza, the San Galgano Abbey and San Gimignano.
The sea and the mountains are easy reach: 70 km from the beach and Km 40 from the sky resorts of Mount Amiata.
