We are very sorry to receive your review, not so much because of the score we received,
but especially as we both know well how many unpleasant inconveniences we had to deal with during
your stay at our facility. Out of respect for you, we will not go into detail,
but we want to stick to what you have highlighted in this review.
Meanwhile, the two accommodations in which you stayed, Murlo and Crevole, both (intentionally) reflect
the flavor of the era to which they date, although they have been expertly renovated.
All apartments have everything you need: oven, refrigerator, pots and pans of all kinds, soap and sponge
for dishes, mocha for coffee, etc., etc. In any case, for anything we are always available to find a solution together.
Several times, in fact, we have found ourselves providing assistance in your living quarters, even for the replacement of light bulbs
that were actually fully functional.
The road in front of the facility, is not an extremely busy road, on the contrary. It is a
county road and not a state road, which tourists also consider a strength, as it well connects the facility to the surrounding area.
What may have bothered at this time may have been the noise of the
tractors, but so be it, as we are in a countryside, it is normal to encounter these "noises."
