This small family-run farm in the Tuscan countryside, just a few km from the medieval town of Montepulciano, not only offers accommodation in an apartment but also a company store that sells fruits, vegetables, saffron and fresh eggs.

The accommodation

On the second floor of an 18th century farmhouse, renovated and furnished in the Tuscan style with finely restored antique furniture, the apartment has a television and private bath, living-room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

Also designated exclusively for use by the guests are the rustic facility in the garden, with air conditioning, kitchen, masonry barbecue, wood-burning oven and bathroom facilities, as well as the gazebo, swimming-pool with solarium, bicycles for excursions, football table and playground.

Activities and surrounding

Tennis courts, outdoor municipal swimming-pool, bocce court, typical restaurants, supermarket, outlet village, riding school, wine cellars are all found within the immediate vicinity of the farmhouse. Wine & food itineraries and sports fishing are also available.

Siena, Perugia, Pienza, Monticchiello, Cortona and Trasimeno Lake, where one can practice water sports, are a half-hour drive away while Florence is an hour away.
