The agriturismo
The farmhouse is located just one kilometer from the historic center of Montepulciano. It is a characteristic, very old stone farmhouse renovated keeping in mind the original features. It stands in a very panoramic position and is surrounded by greenery among olive, walnut and cherry trees. Ideal for those who want to spend intense days immersed in the tranquility of the Sienese countryside.
The accommodation
The Podere offers 4 apartments, recently renovated respecting the rural Tuscan tradition that highlights ceilings with old wooden beams. Each apartment is independent, furnished in rustic style and has a fireplace.
Apartment "La Sorgente 1" has an exclusive loggia with a large entrance, equipped kitchen, spacious double bedroom, bathroom and large living room with TV and with a double sofa bed.
Apartment "La Sorgente 2" has a double bedroom, a double bedroom plus a single bed, bathroom, a spacious and equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with TV.
Apartments "La Sorgente 3 and 4" are on the ground floor, and consist of an equipped kitchen with living room, a double bedroom with TV and a bathroom.
The farmhouse has a common outdoor area with garden with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy the barbecue, children's games and relaxation area. Adjacent to the garden is a refreshing swimming pool from which you can enjoy a splendid view, set in a beautiful olive grove open from the first days of May to the end of September. The farmhouse offers cozy accommodation for a family-friendly vacation.

Farmhouse guests can take advantage of the farm's 4 hectares of land for outdoor walks. It is possible to rent mountain bikes from the Montepulciano tourist office. About 1 km away are 2 tennis courts.
Only 20 km away, at Lake Trasimeno it is possible to do lake-related activities such as surfing, sailing,etc. Only 60 km away, at Monte Amiata you can find very suggestive trekking and mountain bike trails. For lovers of spas just 5 km away are the Terme di Montepulciano , famous for its sulphurous waters, and 10 km away, at Chianciano Terme, the brand new Terme Sensoriali, where it is possible for a modest fee to take a health and wellness course . In the area there are the most picturesque towns of southern Tuscany: in addition to Montepulciano, where in addition to sightseeing you can admire the basements of the ancient cellars and make wine and typical products tastings, we find Pienza (10 km.)
