The accommodation
A short distance from San Gimignano, the farmhouse consists of two houses that house 5 independent apartments. All accommodations enjoy a splendid position on top of a hill, are furnished with care and various comforts and equipped with bathroom with shower. Each apartment, which takes the name of a bird typical of the region, has its own private entrance and its own garden surrounded by a hedge and equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
Il Passero is an apartment on the ground floor, can accommodate a family and has access from a small terrace with garden in the front of the farmhouse.it is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, bathroom with washing machine, private garden, barbecue.
Il Falco is an ideal house for 4 people, date of air conditioning and washing machine and located on the top of the path that leads to the farm, consists of a living room / dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds and an outdoor garden that leads to the upper level of the house and the large terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The cosy living room has 17th century beams and a terracotta floor; a staircase leads to a small corridor with 2 single beds. The raised terrace is equipped with garden furniture and BBQ.
Il Gufo is a characteristic apartment for couples on their honeymoon: on the ground floor, with apricot-coloured walls and beautiful brick ceilings, it consists of a kitchenette with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a small patio for outdoor dining, surrounded by the garden with barbecue.
The Rondine apartment overlooks the valley towards San Gimignano and is ideal for a couple with a child; it is radiated by an external stone staircase to the side of the house. It consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette in which, on request, an additional bed can be placed. A corridor leads to the double bedroom, furnished with traditional prints and furniture, and the bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, safe, garden with furniture and BBQ.
Il Pettirosso is the most welcoming apartment: it has a spacious furnished garden with barbecue, a double bedroom furnished in shades of yellow with bathroom and shower, living room with kitchenette, wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a private balcony of about 5 meters, well equipped for outdoor dining. The accommodation also offers satellite TV, safe and air conditioning.
Shared by all guests, the swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace enjoys an incredible view over the hills covered with olive groves, the majestic cypress forests and the enchanting towers of San Gimignano.

Tuscany is a region rich in history, beautiful landscapes and charm, offering relaxation, sport and culture. The guests of the farm will find themselves in the small village of Gavignano, surrounded by a quiet and unspoiled landscape, perfect place to spend quiet holidays. Looking downstream, you can admire the beautiful towers of San Gimignano, while on the surrounding hills peep out picturesque villages and ancient manors, such as the Rocca di Staggia and the Castle of Strozzavolpe.
In an hour's drive you can reach the sea and the romantic beaches of Maremma. For golf lovers, a 9-hole course is 7 km away and an 18-hole course 22 km away.
