(over 200 kwh will have to be paid according to consumption, 0,60€ per 1kwh)) From the year 2025 onwards electricity is included in the price of the stay, there will be no extra charge
Final cleaning to be paid, 520,00 € for each stay, in cash the place, on arrival.
The professional kitchen has a dishwasher that washes in just 3 minutes, professional electric oven, slicer, robot-bimby, toaster, American coffee machine, water kettle.
The apartment on the first floor of the main building is reserved for the owner but not inhabited.
Antonella or Andrea will always be available for any information and to organize excursions of any type.
Not included in the price: Tourist tax, to be paid in cash on arrival,1,50 per person, children under 12 years do not pay (and for stays longer than 12 nights, the tourist tax is not payable)
On request, you can pay on the spot to organize dinners, help, babysitting, tastings, walking or cycling guide and sport fishing in the nearby lake of property.
A deposit of 800,00€ in cash must be paid and will be returned on departure.
The pool is open from 01/04 to 15/10, dates may change according to the season . Access to the property via a short stretch of dirt road of about 1.5 km.
