Check in can be done from 15:00 to 19:00,
In case of late check-in, please notify the property via email or telephone. ( an extra cost of 20€/H may be applied for late check-in)
the room must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Reservation Policies
At the moment of reservation it will be charged the 30% of the total and 30 days before the check-in it will be charge the full ammount
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 30% will be charged. In case of cancellation made after this deadline or no-show, 100% will be charged.
Cancellation caused by Covid (inability to transfer or closures govermative) will give 'right to emmissione a voucher for the same amount or the amount as required by current legislation (art. 88 Decree Law 18 of 2020 and art. 28 Decree Law n ^/2020).

Excluded from the prices: Air conditioning/heat pump available in Granaio, Vitalba, Tabacchiera and Belvedere cottages (extra on consumption).
Extra bed € 20 per night, baby bed € 10 per night, small pets allowed with a cost of € 20 per stay.
Purchase offarm products: it is possible to taste and buy extra virgin olive oil and wine from the Renello farm, jams, organic fruit and vegetables. Wide availability of wines from other producers.
Included in the price: - Bed linen, towels, tea towels and hair dryer - Swimming pool (13x7) surrounded by large green spaces equipped with tables and barbeque - Private fishing lake - Table tennis - table football. darts - Living room with TV, stereo and fireplace - Parking inside the company - Internet wi-fii.
Please note: The rooms (Lavender, Myrtle and Sage) have all expenses (breakfast, heating, cleaning, utilities and taxes) included in the price.
Deposit: the guest must leave at the reception an amount equal to 30% of the patuito in cash as a security deposit.
This deposit will be returned to you on departure minus any incidental expenses and any damage caused.
